SUNRISE OF GRACE
Lofty, very lofty, is human birth. Only human beings can feel and relieve the sufferings of other beings. Offering succour is one’s duty. It is indeed an expression of gratitude to God. God has endowed mankind with six senses for this purpose.
Gaining Mellowness:
Men who lack human compassion are punished by God. They become poor, forfeit support and suffer hunger. This punishment is meted out to them that they may become mellow. It is indeed an act of divine mercy stemming from God who is the Life of lives. To punish an erring child parents cause him to undergo starvation. Even so is the act of God.
Peerless Merit:
Pain of hunger is the pain of birth, death and hell all rolled into one God himself feels indebted to the holy ones who relieve the poor from their hunger. The dispensing of food to the hungry ushers in heavenly joy. With hunger appeased, body becomes fit, mind cool and intellect bright. Life revives and feels the grace of God. Peerless contentment prevails. Food indeed is God made visible. Offering food to the hungry is a form of worship. Those who offer are godly. No spiritual merit equals their act. Grace ensues through gift of food.
Human Compassion and Deliverance:
Compassion, mercy, help rendered without seeking recompense, universal kinship which treats each ens as one’s own : these virtues are truly kindled by God alone. But for God’s inly enlightenment, mercy will not well up in us. From mercy ensues human compassion. Through this, murk that envelops the soul vanishes. Grace begins to abound. God has ordained that the advent of grace is caused by the gift of food to the hungry. The soul which is merciful blazes in glory. It gets augmented by God’s grace. Soul eventually gains Godliness. Deliverance is assured. Human compassion is the key to Deliverance.
When human embodiment perishes, there is no telling when it can be regained. Soul’s enlightenment and its gaining of God’s grace are possible only through human embodiment. So only when it avails tapas and daanam (free giving) are possible. These virtues transmute the body. It is thus one conquers death.

Sunrise of knowledge
May the lotus feet of Satguru Ramalinga Vallalar protect us!
Thanks to the grace of the almighty God, Satguru Ramalinga Vallalar gained Athanasia. Becoming infinite effulgence which is grace, he remains oned with God. When we invoke him he takes cognizance of us. Through love we can drag him to us. He is a merciful mountain which can be held in out palm of true love. The moment we invoke him he the merciful ocean , merges into us. When we offer them flowers and food, they inhale the fragrance and the relish. Whenever we prostrate deeming the place as installing his divine feet we can envision them. He will taste the relish of Neivedya when we place it at his divine feet. We will also become conscious of spiritual fragrance.
Our Vallalar will teach us the love of gnosis coveted by us. He will duly fulfill our wishes in keeping with our desires. He makes a gift of himself to us and links us with God. He devises the Great Way which is Blissful Sanmarga. The “Arutperumjothi Trust” has been founded to enable us to come by true and liberating knowledge.

Arutperumjothi Trust Goal
The divine precepts of Vallalar :
1. There is an Omnivaliant God. He is Omnipotent. He dispenses mercy to all beings. He is the merciful one who can be contained in the palm of love.
2. God is in them who realize that every life is like their own sweet life and in them in whom human compassion for others abounds.
3. They that foster the fourfold conduct of the Great Way which is Sanmarga, are the one knowledgeable in God, being pervaded by Godliness.
4. If we adore them in love, they will cause us come by universally merciful kinship like their own and make us gain ubiquitous valiancy.
5. The love of God who is kin to all lives and the love of seers who are pure, is indeed true tapas.
6. The dispensing of human compassion to all lives impelled by mercy, is indeed daanam (free giving). This indeed is the key to Deliverance.
7. The true wisdom generated by tapas and daanam is indeed grace. Even an atom moves not but for grace.
8. For understanding and becoming conscious through grace, practice must be undertaken with goodly effort married to everabounding and unflagging zeal to gain Godliness. This, in sooth, should be our targeted goal. The divine Guru Saint Ramalinga Vallalar is absolutely pervaded by Godliness. He is the one who is oned with God. He is our Siva who confers Sivam on us.
